Review progress while your piece is being made.
These are typical working times. Complex designs, change requests, holidays, and delayed replies can extend the schedule.

Production starts after payment and after we receive clear, usable photos and instructions. Your artist shares the first progress proof as the piece takes shape.
- 02Progress review and revisionsUsually 1–2 business days per round
Review the work in production on your private order page. Two revision rounds are included.
- 03Final detailing and bakingUsually 7–10 business days
After approval, the artist completes the final details, baking and finishing. Changes may no longer be possible at this stage.
- 04DeliveryTracking provided
Your shipping estimate is confirmed with the order and tracking is shared when the bobblehead ships.
PROOF REVISION POLICY
Two revision rounds are included.
Included revisions cover reasonable corrections to likeness, colors, outfit, pose, props, and base text based on the photos and instructions submitted with the order.
A new concept, outfit, pose, or prop requested after the first proof may change the price or completion date. We will always ask for approval before adding a charge.
Once the production proof is approved, the artist proceeds with final detailing, baking and finishing. Further changes or cancellation may not be possible. If you need more time, the order stays on hold—we do not treat silence as approval.

Where your payment goesThe price covers artist time, materials, careful packing, delivery, payment fees and upkeep of this private progress website. After these costs, only a modest margin remains to support our small artist-run studio.

Is one photo enough?+
Yes. One clear photo is enough to continue. Extra angles can help us capture the likeness more accurately, but they are optional.
Can several people share one base?+
Yes. Couples, families, teams, and people with pets can all be composed together.
Can I request detailed props?+
Yes—describe them and upload close-ups. If an extra prop requires a top-up, we’ll contact you before charging anything additional.
Will I approve the design?+
Yes. Production begins after payment. Your artist shares progress photos while making the piece, and you approve the work before final detailing, baking and finishing.
How quickly can it be made?+
The first production update usually takes 2–3 business days, revisions usually take 1–2 business days per round, and final detailing, baking and finishing usually take 7–10 business days after approval. These are estimates and can vary with complexity and response time.
How many proof revisions are included?+
Two revision rounds are included before approval. Reasonable corrections based on your original photos and instructions are covered. A new concept or major new request may require more time or an additional charge, which we will confirm with you first.
