Material and finish

Each figurine is individually sculpted by hand in high-quality polymer clay. It is a durable keepsake, but small details can be delicate and should be handled with care. It is decorative artwork, not a children’s toy.

Size

Human figure dimensions vary with the chosen pose, hairstyle, hat, props, base shape, and group arrangement. If an exact finished height is important, ask the artist on the private order page before approving the proof.

• Pet option: approximately 2 inches (5.1 cm)
• Pet option: approximately 3 inches (7.6 cm)
• Pet option: approximately 4 inches (10.2 cm)
• Base choices: classic round, square, or rectangle

Bobbling head and handmade variation

The design is made as a bobblehead unless another arrangement is agreed with the artist. Because every piece is handmade, minor differences in colour, texture, proportion, and brushwork are normal. Progress proofs show the actual work during production and let the customer review it before final detailing, baking and finishing.

Care

Display indoors on a stable surface. Avoid drops, moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and high heat. Remove dust gently with a clean, dry, soft brush.

Delivery options

• Standard worldwide shipping: free, typically 10–20 business days after dispatch
• Express shipping: typically 3–5 business days where available, with the cost shown at Shopify checkout
• Tracking is emailed after dispatch; allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s first update

Shipping time is separate from design and production time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, or peak seasons.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Addresses, delays, and lost parcels

Check the delivery address carefully at Shopify checkout. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch. If tracking is significantly delayed or the parcel appears lost, contact us through the private order page so we can investigate with the carrier.

Packaging

Each piece is securely packed for transit. Keep the product and all packaging if an item arrives damaged, as photographs will be needed to resolve the claim.

Changing your mind

Because each bobblehead is personalized and made to order, custom items cannot normally be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. If design work has not started, we will review whether cancellation is still possible.

After proof approval

Approval authorizes the artist to proceed with final detailing, baking and finishing. Changes or cancellation may no longer be possible after approval. Two proof revision rounds are included before approval; major new requests may affect price and timing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery through the private order page or at info@coupleofthings.net. Include the order number, a description, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After processing, banks and payment providers may require additional time before the funds appear.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

How photos are used

Uploaded photos and design instructions are used to prepare, produce, review, support, and deliver the custom order. They are visible only to people involved in fulfilling the order and anyone the customer intentionally gives a private shared-draft or order-page link.

Shared links

A shared draft or private order URL contains an access token. Anyone with that URL may be able to view photos and edit or respond to the order. Share it only with trusted people and do not post it publicly.

Storage and deletion

Photos are retained only as long as reasonably needed to fulfil the order, provide customer support, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. After the order is completed, customers may request deletion of their uploaded photos by emailing info@coupleofthings.net with the order number. Transaction records may need to be retained separately.

Customer responsibility

The person uploading a photo confirms that they have permission to use it for the custom order. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive documents or payment information.
